Slowdive is one of my favorite bands. They’re usually categorized in the “shoegaze” section with My Bloody Valentine, Ride, Cocteau Twins, etc.
This track, Alison, is one of my favorite songs. If you like what you hear, do yourself a favor and pick up the album Souvlaki, put on some headphones and listen to the track Souvlaki Space Station at high volume. That experience is true shoegaze bliss.No disagreement here.
